Print shops and custom gift businesses reach for the ORCA 20 oz. Sublimation Wine Glass because an oversized bowl reads as a gift, not tableware, which is exactly what bridal parties and milestone birthdays want. It is a coated glass blank sold 48 per case, double boxed.
A full-color print goes on with no vinyl to peel and no screen setup for a one-off name, so eight bridesmaid names take the same press time as one shared design. Let a cold case reach room temperature before pressing to avoid thermal shock cracks. Read our supplier checklist first.

Why buy it from Photo USA
At $5.80 a glass by the case, Photo USA is one of the best places to buy large wine glass blanks wholesale ahead of the April wedding order wave. The ORCA Coatings® coating is SGS certified to 3,500 dishwasher cycles, UV resistant and FDA certified food safe. Most orders go out within 24 hours. As many sublimation sellers price finished pieces at 2.5 to 3 times their total cost, for example a 20 oz glass at $22 across a 48-glass case returns $1,056 against $278.64 in blanks.
