Got clean? Stay clean, for less per square foot. Stay Clean Concentrate is a water-based acrylic clear sealer that adheres to most porous surfaces and seals out water and weathering. The dried coating contains a preservative that protects it from discoloration caused by mildew and algae. Mix 1:1 with water; one 5-gallon pail makes 10 gallons and covers up to 4,000 sq. ft. Ideal for large roofs, long fence lines and full hardscapes.
