This ready-to-use clear sealer penetrates porous surfaces and bonds into a durable acrylic barrier that seals out the water and weathering that dull, stain and wear down roofs (shake, tile, composite), fencing, decking, furniture, concrete, pavers, stone and block, so they hold that freshly cleaned look longer.

Spray it on with a garden sprayer after you clean. It dries clear in 1 hour and you can walk on it in 6 to 8 hours. The water-based, ultra-low VOC formula is non-corrosive and made in the USA. The dried coating is mildew and algae resistant* while also being backed by our up-to-3-year performance guarantee.
