Meet the Sugar Market spiral notebook by All The Ways To Say, shelves packed floor to ceiling with jams, milk cartons and biscuits, with the only instruction that matters stamped right across the middle, "Eat the damn cookie." The spiral binding lays completely flat, so it holds up fine whether it's open on the kitchen counter or getting crushed at the bottom of a bag. 220 lined pages inside for the actual shopping list, or for anything that deserves less hesitation and more follow-through. Works well as a small nudge for the friend who always orders the salad.

No further debate needed. 🍯
