A refined plate designed to present main courses with understated elegance.

Expertly crafted by a talented ceramic artist from a family business in its fourth generation in Awaji. This region is renowned for its traditional kawara tile production, with artisans honing their skills over centuries.

Utilizing the unique ibushi firing technique, each plate showcases a beautiful metallic sheen, enhancing the natural beauty of the clay. This method not only adds to the aesthetic appeal but also increases the piece's durability and resistance to weathering. Pair with our partially glazed plates for a subtle interplay of textures.
