Lightfeet Active Support Insoles are podiatrist-designed orthotic insoles built for active feet — combining structured arch support, targeted shock absorption and responsive energy return to help you stay comfortable, supported and protected through every step.

• Designed by Australian Sports Podiatrists since 2006. Backed by nearly two decades of biomechanical refinement, our podiatry team continues to lead the design of every Lightfeet insole.
• 3-step arch support for foot alignment. A graduated arch contour gently guides the foot into a more neutral position, reducing strain on the plantar fascia and joint stress through the legs, hips and lower back.
• Helps relieve plantar fasciitis. Proper arch support is one of the most recommended interventions for plantar fasciitis, and the Active Support Insole is engineered to deliver that support all day — helping reduce the heel pain and arch strain commonly associated with the condition.
• Improved muscle efficiency. Better foot alignment means your muscles work more efficiently, which can reduce fatigue across the feet, legs and lower body.
• LIGHTFEET AERO SHOCK™ heel insert. Targeted heel cushioning absorbs and disperses impact at the moment of heel strike — helping reduce shock travelling up through the feet, knees, hips and lower back.
• LIGHTFEET NITRO REBOUND™ forefoot. A responsive forefoot insert returns energy with every push-off, delivering a springy, propulsive feel underfoot.
• LIGHTFEET ContourTech™ customisable fit. Moulds subtly to the shape of your foot for a personalised, broken-in feel.
• SwiftFoam™ breathable construction. Engineered for breathability so feet stay cooler and drier inside your shoes.
• Odour-resistant. Keeps insoles fresher between washes, even with daily wear.
• No trimming required. Sized to fit straight out of the box — no need to cut, trim or shape.
