The Plate-Loaded Seated Calf Raise Machine V2 is currently sold out, but more units are in production. Orders placed now are estimated to ship in mid-November. Free freight shipping on combined machine orders over $1,400.

For Version 2, we extended the back of the frame and the seat pad by 6", to allow taller users / users with longer legs to sit comfortably and perform the movement with greater stability. The footplate also features a non-slip grippy surface.

The Temple of Gainz Plate-Loaded Seated Calf Raise Machine is designed to train the gastrocnemius and soleus muscles that make up the calf muscles.

This machine is a must-have for any serious strength and conditioning program, as well as perfect for bodybuilders looking to grow and shape their calves.

With a heavy duty construction, adjustable thigh pad, and a smooth range of motion, this machine effectively targets and strengthens your calves, helping to improve balance, stability, and strength.

The long and wide seat pad and adjustable thigh pad accommodates users of all heights, while the footplate is angled and rounded, to allow for a complete range of motion. The textured coating on the footplate keeps your feet firmly in place, whether you choose to wear shoes or use this machine barefoot.

Say goodbye to excuses and weak calves and say hello to a stronger, more powerful lower body.
