These pins are set above your main selector pin to temporarily hold additional weight. As you reach fatigue and continue your set, the pins automatically disengage as the stack lowers, instantly reducing the load without any manual adjustment. This allows you to move through drop sets smoothly while staying fully locked into the movement.

How It Works

1. Insert your main selector pin at your working weight
2. Place one ore more Drop Set below it to add additional starting resistance
3. Begin your set at the higher load
4. As fatigue sets in and you lower the stack to the bottom position, the pins disengage
5. Continue your set immediately at a lighter weight
