This stunning Ronson Varaflame Jetstream lighter is an exceptionally well-preserved example of 1960s lighter design, featuring a chrome body etched with a dynamic Art Deco-inspired pattern and smooth aerodynamic form.

Manufactured in the U.S.A., this piece retains its original base price sticker ($11.95)—a rare detail that marks this lighter as likely unused, unsold inventory from a vintage tobacconist or personal collection.

The Varaflame mechanism was Ronson’s iconic leap into butane technology, known for its reliability and innovation. The highly reflective surface is accented by engraved textures and a blank shield panel—perfect for personalization (though none has been added).

The piece comes with a deep plum Ronson-branded pouch, further elevating its collector appeal.

This piece originates from an inherited collection of unsold retail inventory.
