Don’t let road salts, de-icers, or salt spray ruin your home! Protect concrete and masonry surfaces from salt and freeze / thaw damage with Rainguard Water Sealers Salt Guard! Our non-toxic and water-based concrete salt protection formula lasts up to 5 years* and is safe for people, pets, and plants.

Salt Guard sealer penetrates into the surface and forms an invisible protective barrier that resists weather, water, and stains on stone, concrete, and other masonry. It helps prevent spalling, corrosion, and deterioration caused by moisture and salts, and is safe for indoor or outdoor use with little to no odor and zero VOC’s. Salt products such as Ice Melt, freeze/thaw cycles, or even the ocean air can all cause cracking, spalling, and other types of damage to your home. By filling the pores of the surface, Salt Guard prevents moisture and salt from seeping into the surface and breaking it apart.

For best results against winter damage, apply your salt protection for concrete between August and October or before the winter freeze. Unlike conventional water repellents, Salt Guard is available in concentrate form so you never have to spend extra money on water and excessive packaging.

*When applied at appropriate spreadrates, see application instructions for details.
