The Sakura Pigma Micron Black and Sepia Extra Fine Set combines four precision fineliners for detailed drawing, illustration, journaling, technical work, manga, archival writing, and mixed-media applications. The set contains one Black and one Sepia Micron in size 003, plus one Black and one Sepia Micron in size 005. The 003 nib produces an approximately 0.15 mm line, while the 005 produces an approximately 0.20 mm line, giving artists two extra-fine widths in both neutral colors. Sakura's pigment-based Pigma ink is archival quality on non-coated paper and is waterproof, fade resistant, and chemically resistant. Once dry, the ink is designed to resist smearing and feathering and does not bleed through most papers. The compact four-pen assortment is well suited for fine outlines, cross-hatching, detailed illustration, watercolor line work, record keeping, and sketchbook drawing.
