Celestial Blue Guatemalan jadeite

This square-edge bangle is carved from Type A, natural untreated Guatemalan jadeite jade. Its Celestial Blue color, often referred to as “water blue jade,” is one of the most underrated shades in Guatemalan jade. The stone has limited translucency and no cracks, with naturally varied patterns that lend it individual character.

Guatemala is a source of jadeite known for its naturally varied colors, including the subtle blue tones of Celestial Blue. Artisans at one of our partner workshops in Mexico carved the Guatemalan jadeite into this square-edge bangle, leaving its natural markings on display.
