This thin hololith/full-round bangle is carved from one continuous piece of Type A, natural untreated Guatemalan jadeite jade. Its muted blue-green tones are a natural expression of Celestial Blue, often referred to as “water blue jade,” one of the most underrated colors in Guatemalan jade. It has limited translucency and no cracks, with a pattern that gives the piece its own character.
Guatemala is a source of jadeite with natural color variation beyond the familiar greens, including quiet blues. Artisans at one of our partner workshops in Mexico carved this Guatemalan stone into a slender, smooth, fully rounded circle that puts its individual markings on display.
Each bangle is one of a kind. Patterns change naturally from bangle to bangle.
