The GymSets Heavy-Duty Flat Weight Bench combines a substantial box-section frame with a thick, continuous pad for dumbbell presses, flat bench presses and supported dumbbell rows. Its fixed flat design provides a straightforward training platform with no backrest adjustments needed between exercises.

Built around a 75 × 75 mm frame with a 3 mm wall thickness, the bench features a wide rear base and a narrow front support. This layout leaves space around the front of the bench for foot positioning when setting up for a press.

The 1,200 mm long, 300 mm wide pad provides a continuous surface to support your body during training. With a 110 mm pad thickness and an overall bench height of 430 mm, it combines substantial cushioning with a low training position.

A front lifting handle and rear transport wheels make it easier to reposition the bench between your rack and dumbbell area. The black frame, textured black pad and GymSets branding create a clean, coordinated finish for your training space.
