The GymSets Ab Roller & Knee Mat is a compact core-training setup designed for controlled, progressive rollouts at home, in the gym or while travelling.

Its dual-wheel design provides increased stability during each rollout, helping you maintain a smooth and controlled movement as your strength and range improve.

Ergonomic non-slip foam handles provide a secure, comfortable grip, while the included cushioned knee mat helps reduce pressure against hard flooring during longer training sessions.

Ab rollouts challenge the abs, obliques and stabilising muscles while also involving the shoulders, arms and back, creating an effective upper-body and core exercise from one simple tool.

Weighing just 1kg as a complete set, the roller is easy to assemble, store and transport without taking up unnecessary space in your training area.
