MINIBULL Bagless Industrial Vacuum with Manual Filter Shaker
The Depureco MINIBULL is a compact bagless industrial vacuum for dust and dry debris in tight production and maintenance areas. Material drops into a detachable 12-gallon bin on wheels, so you empty the bin, not the whole machine. Fitted with the optional floating device, it also picks up liquids.
Depureco MINIBULL Filter Cleaning and Collection
The MINIBULL pairs a 2,500 in² Class M star filter with a manual shaker on the side of the head. When suction starts to fade, the operator shakes the filter clean and carries on. No tools, no filter change.
- Manual filter shaker: knocks loaded dust off the filter without removing it, so a clogged filter doesn't turn into a service stop.
- 2,500 in² Class M polyester star filter: the star pleats hold airflow as fine dust builds up. The media is classed M under EN 60335-2-69.
- Detachable 12-gallon bin on wheels: roll it out to empty. Disposable collection bags can go in when the material calls for them.
- Two independently controlled by-pass motors: 2.7 HP and 94 inH2O maximum vacuum, with one motor available for lighter work.
- Filter media options: Teflon (MTF) for sticky dust and Nomex for hot material, plus PTFE and antistatic media. Pick the media for what you collect.
- 72 dB(A) noise level: measured to EN ISO 3744.
MINIBULL Applications and Environments
The MINIBULL earns its place where a larger vacuum would get in the way. Machine shops keep it beside CNC cells for metal chips and swarf, where a full-size unit would crowd the operator. Maintenance departments use it on cramped production floors, and general manufacturing plants run it on dust and dry debris between shifts. If wet spills are part of the job, order it with the optional floating device so it can recover liquids. Other options include a 24V remote control, an accessory basket, and AISI 304 stainless steel versions of the bin or of the bin and chamber. Most buyers settle the filter media question first, because the right media depends on whether the dust is fine, sticky or hot.
