M PRO Twin-Motor Industrial Vacuum for Dry Dust and Powders
The Depureco M PRO is a compact single-phase industrial vacuum for dry dust, powders, debris, small chips and shavings. It is meant for plants that have outgrown a shop vacuum and want proper filtration without giving up floor space. At 84 lb, one person can roll it from one machine to the next, and the frame is small enough to park beside a lathe or a filling line.
Depureco M PRO Suction and Filter Control
Two by-pass motors drive the M PRO, and each has its own switch. Most of the time one motor is enough for light dust. When the debris gets heavier, turn on the second.
- Two independent by-pass motors: 2.7 HP combined, or run on one motor when full suction isn't needed.
- 94 inH2O maximum vacuum: about 234 mbar of sealed suction, pulled through a 2-inch inlet.
- Class M antistatic star filter: the star-pleated polyester holds airflow as dust loads onto it. Class M is the middle of the three dust classes (L, M, H) in EN 60335-2-69.
- Dirty-filter indicator light: the operator sees when the filter needs attention instead of guessing from falling suction.
- Optional H14 secondary filter: a fiberglass H14 cartridge (EN 1822) with 3,500 in² of media, for sites that want a second stage on fine dust.
- 72 dB(A) noise level: measured to EN ISO 3744. That matters when the vacuum runs next to people at their stations.
M PRO Applications and Environments
Depureco built the M PRO for machine-side cleanup. On a packaging line it picks up the scraps and dust the line sheds during a run. Food plants use it on dry ingredient dust, and pharmaceutical rooms use it on spilled powders. In machine shops it collects small metal chips and shavings around lathes and mills, and maintenance crews can keep one on hand for housekeeping between shifts. If your site already specifies M-class filtration for fine dust, the M PRO has it as standard, and the H14 stage can be added later. Depureco also offers a remote control and a cyclonic separator as options.
