Choosing your size: Measure around your wrist where you plan to wear the cuff using a flexible tape, snug but not tight. The video shows Small, Medium, and Large on the same 6.25" wrist for comparison. Fit will vary with wrist shape and preferred snugness.

The cuff allows slight adjustment for fit. Avoid repeated or excessive bending.
