The colour changing works by mixing light, not by swapping filters. The Lumi-Edge frame carries a strip of red, green and blue LEDs, and the wireless remote sets how brightly each of the three channels fires. Balancing those channels is what produces the full range of shades, from a single held colour to a rainbow spread, and the dynamic modes are simply timed programs that step the mix from one setting to the next to fade, pulse or cycle. The RGB edge runs on its own circuit, separate from the graphic backlight behind the front panel, so changing the surround colour never alters how the printed graphic itself is lit.

The front graphic is a tension fabric panel finished with a thin silicone strip stitched around its edge. That strip presses into a channel running the inside of the frame and pulls the fabric drum-tight, so the print sits flat and seam-free with no visible clips or fixings. Behind it, a bank of LEDs set into the frame edges throws light across a diffuser and out through the fabric, lighting the whole panel evenly from within rather than from a spotlight aimed at the front. The LEDs run a daylight white so printed brand colours read true, and because only the front carries this bank, the graphic illumination is single-sided.

The structure is an extruded PVC profile rather than aluminium, chosen because it is lighter to carry and more forgiving of the knocks that come with repeated event use. It arrives as numbered sections that push together on internal connectors with no tools, and the depth of the profile is what houses the LED banks and gives the built counter its rigidity. That profile has a graphic channel on both of its faces, which is why a fabric panel can be tensioned onto the rear as well as the front to brand both sides, even though only the front is backlit. The same profile carries through the full-height panels in the range, so a counter and a backdrop share one continuous look.

The graphics are dye-sublimated into the fabric, which means the ink is bonded into the weave rather than laid on top, so the colour will not crack, peel or flake the way a surface-applied vinyl eventually can, and the fabric is treated to be fire retardant for indoor venues. Because the print is a tensioned panel and not a fixed skin, a rebrand only means printing fresh fabric and keeping the same frame, LEDs and countertop, which is the reason the hardware is guaranteed for years rather than for a single show. Struck down, the sections and panels pack flat into a foam-lined wheeled bag, and the whole counter runs from an ordinary plug.
